Guys, sorry, but I just cant get my head around this. This is been going on for ages now, long before the merger. But after the merger, they were quite clear, and said it out loud that they will lay off a lot of people because that is their strategy. Now, I dont get it, why are you now looking for another job? Or even better said, what havent you started looking for a job when they first said that? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? All you do is moan and complain, and blame others. Its a business for FFS, if Mike (which I think is a prick, dont get me wrong) starts thinking about every single low life punter in DXC what do you think its going to happen? He`s there to deliver, and make money for others, this way he can pay his mortgage. Move FFS.
It is shocking that despite the many millions Lawrie has made for himself and his close "coleagues" thta he still seeks to ride roughshod over loval employment law and refuses to reward the hard working staff that have fought to try and hold his failing project together over recent years!
