I agree as management side that All employees are treated poorly but cuts obliterate support of applications and fail to support much needed work. They can pay for vendor support at high cost but not for employees that did the work. It is merely to rid company of older and sometimes disabled or ill imployees. Most oldest of each group were targeted despite no one to perform the work. This might be cost saving but worst planned i have ever seen. I feel sorry for those left.

I’ll say legacy Qwest was the anchor, look what it did to legacy Centurylink? This isn’t the venue for that. Cuts then a earnings report hmm numbers kinda grew slightly? I’m a technician not a mathematician but I got into the wrong field .
sell sell sell !
Not me I think its great! Finally get things moving around here. Legacy Clink was a boat anchor. Level3 has always been the speed boat just look at the stock prices of both before all this started.
I'm not old at all. Still in my 30s, and was the only one supporting one app, and only 1 of 2 on the other. But I still got laid off. It's not about age, it's about tanking the company so they can sell and get Jeff another 6 mil or so bonus.
