What's going on now? Will AIG layoff again to make up for the difference? That's what usually happens.

When will the class action suit for age discrimination be brought against AIG? When they start speaking so openly about older white men during town halls, it's long past time. The facts of the past few years speak for themselves.
Blackboard is use design thinking to reimagine the future of insurance for commercial insurance. AIG no use design thinking so they lose imagination and cannot find trees in the forest.

Extremely large amount of RIFs coming in IT. Stay tuned.
IT, globally. Heads rolling already at the top, getting rid of a lot of dead weight like the svp/head of employee services.
Jesus what’s the latest? Which functions and locations?
They are not shy about their intentions. A level 5 in Texas told me he was getting rif of a guy to bring in young talent and new ideas. The CIO said in a town hall, "when I look around the audience, I see a lot of older white men. I'd like to see more women faces... Giggle giggle..." Then goes on to say, "I'd like to see more briwn faces too, giggle giggle...." Funny, that's the only town hall that the recording was not posted on the intranet.

Rifs happening, need to save 43 million asap.
Shares in AIG are down 13 per cent since Mr Duperreault took the helm a year ago... Gets paid 43million for it. Wahn whan
It's always for the Thursday before a Payday. I wonder if the comment about the RIF list is true? Lots of closed door meetings yesterday
Yes, RIF planning underway. Names already submitted.
Yeah, apparently aig is the only insurer that can't manage a profit if anyone in North America experiences a rain, fire, snow, drought, hail, earthquake, hurricane, or tornado.
