IT again going thru the Reorg one more time and will result in more job cuts close to 25 % to 40 % before the 3rd quarter and the impact will be more in Houston, start looking.....(1430 Enclave Lease are coming to an end this September and they are renewing only for 2 floors)

It makes sense. Look at the cuts in program scope. Designing legacy PLs now, so even if we carry on into R3+, the design work is done. The deployment strategy is done. You roll out IT core to the rest of the world and proclaim victory. You just need some folks in Pune for that and a floor of internal salesmen at enclave. Anybody hearing these rumors from anyone in a position of authority?
Few let go in 4th floor just now...HR and 2 managers are still roaming here , not sure what more to happen...

IT people have no issues finding job outside here so I wouldn't be worried, off course feelings of layoff are always bitter, but in time we will get over it.
My supervisor said I dont have issues until August/September this year and after that even he is not clear.
