Had a guy yesterday ask where aux cords were. Showed him and went back to covering register. Two minutes later he bolts out the door and the alarm goes off. And I just shrug. Nothing I can do, it’s not worth the effort to call the police, I don’t have time to file reports and such.
Maybe have more associates actually working inside stores will help with AP. As well as help benefit the customers and business needs. Just amazing how thin it is. Worse than before.
How to do our job better, how to action the new AP assessment. That was it.
They are probably coming up with new ways to make the job even more miserable. They come out with nothing to help us at store level. Metrics on top of metrics on top of metrics. Accountability accountability accountability.
That’s very odd because in my region, there’s a lot of pressure for achieving metrics right now.
