@1czk, what part of the country do you live in? Here if you have assistant manager experience you will get hired somewhere else as at assistant manager level at least. Some places aren't glamorous but you're making better pay than cashier and you have opportunities to move up. You can definitely be a supervisor.
If you do apply again or transfer you start at minumum wage no matter how long you have been with the company. Our ASM transfered and now she is a cashier.
Associates must apply again, NO TRANSFERS!
The employees will be able to transfer to the nearest Sears or Kmart if they want to continue their employment.
