I know we were asked to cut costs where we can. Why can't we leave the lights off in the morning and let in the natural light? We used to do this on the 8th floor until management complained.

I have to say that the management did the wrong thing not right thing here. They should instead collect the biogas produced from the toilets and sell it. That would be called value+
The way to cut costs is to move all corporate functions to the field and sell the Houston office. Houston in general is no needed and is just fluff.
I also know how to cut costs. Let’s not flush any of the toilets and just let natural decomposition and bacteria take care of the problem? We used to do this on the 8th floor until management complained.
