Haha. It will be the same as the past 5 years. No management will be touched, obscure, useless, overpaid positions will be eliminated just to add the same useless position under a new name that in turn hardly reduces headcount. Just shuffling the chairs on the deck of the Titatnic, per the usual.
I would think they will wait until the learning services sale has been announced for a better headcount, the sale is to be completed by the end of summer.
I heard this is how it's gonna go down--they will start with the non revenue generating folks like student ambassadors, student advocacy leadership, discipline specialized leadership...then specialists, then managers, then reps where there is much redundancy. The selling season is coming to a close soon so everyone will have a month to tie up loose ends, business once finals start. Summer everyone can learn their new territories and start onecrm training with their new territories. The last reorg in 2016 happened the same way. When all this will happen is the other story.
