Totally agree, its high time DXC comes out with a Voluntary Retirement package of those over 35.
Wonder whats the VR packages like in Europe (Sweden, Finland, Romania) ?
The VR package should be at least 3 months pay for every year of service for anybody over 35 years of age.

Oh, thats come and gone with my group. We've gone from around 80 to 4 in the last couple of years. Rest is India contractors.

STOP all the VR (voluntary redundancy) bull, you can leave anytime you want. I am sick of hearing about your benefits in the UK and other area's. US gets max 8 weeks, so no one is leaving voluntary unless they have another job, its not worth it
Which countries? Anywhere that has more than minimal employment law (ie mainly Western Europe, AUNZ, Canada)
When? I would think in the next 2 weeks it will open and they'll be gone before the last week of Q1.

Bionics program is also forcing cuts every quarter, despite it delivering no where close to the promises in terms of reduced effort.

Yes. The redundancy program has an ongoing quarterly cycle. Applicants for VR (voluntary redundancy) will be invited over the next few weeks and compulsory leavers will be informed around the end of the quarter. This will continue until 80% of employees are based in low cost or offshore centers as per the strategy announced at the time of the merger.
