Let’s be honest. The people still working are the people who can’t get hired anywhere else. Anyone who can get another job elsewhere has left already.
Either he quit or he was fired. But he is gone. Don’t know why that would purged?
So what did happen with the Land Director and why was it so controversial that it got purged?

Haven't noticed anything deleted recently, but it happens sometimes, if a post is in violation of the the site rules. You can find the full list of rules in the footer, but in short, threats, personal insults and disclosing personally identifiable data (i.e. names) is not allowed. Site admins nuke your post and block your IP.
