okay... another new year.... another new beginning of being disilllusional that this year will be the year for Follett... who are we kidding?????? Let's face it this company went down hill starting in the early 2010s.... and just postponing the inevitable by launching new initiatives, followed by the gazillionth reorg of the company and posting videos on YouTube of Follett employees appearing jolly and loving their jobs is worse than watching a pot of water waiting to boil.

The beatings will continue, so enjoy! How any self respecting educational institute can continue to contract out to this organization is beyond me, especially since most see the decline in service and talent, complain endlessly about it and yet carry on. Mind boggling.
