Sears will hang on until POTUS has his way with Amazon. So all of you'll who are expecting Sears to file soon are going to be disappointed. Sears too is currently banking on POTUS. Let's all hope for the best.

Sears stock has gone from $13.96 to $2.89 in the past year. Some help from trump. Up a whole $.20 today is nowhere near the roof.
