Talent drain continues at ottawa site. Can't find talent to replace. The Bow is in the air and the band still playin.....woman and children first!!!
They'll keep getting what they seem to want. More key resources are about to leave for better opportunities, of which there are lots of in Ottawa. That's in addition to all of the good people already gone, of which there are many!!

They don't have much choice! So many people have quit, and HW has a crappy reputation so they can't even hire decent replacements.
Take a good look at where incompetent leadership, abusive practices and having no respect for your people gets you HW. It's actually depressing to see just how bad it is.

1akg you are correct! Training and setup for launch is currently in process in the CR. Former employee from Ottawa assisting with product launch. Eventually, all products will be moved from Ottawa to other locations that are more efficient and HOS complaint. 99.9 % of people from Ottawa opposes change and demonstrates resistance as per inside trolls.

They are actively moving several product lines to not only CR, but India too. There is actually an entire group formed for doing it.
Maybe the CZ jobs already got outsourced to Romania. There is a Rain forest tribe somewhere getting trained on flawless launch right about now I bet you.
