Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

EMC COE Management, Bangalore ...Be alert and save us... Monsters are coming....

A gang of unethical people( Directors and their sycophants) are going to join this center on 2nd of April as movement from BDC to COE. They are famous for spoiling any place wherever they have worked. Most of them are fired from NetApp and EMC. This gang spoiled NetApp and got kicked off, They spoiled BDC, now heading to EMC COE.

They have been caught red handed in -

  1. Wasting Dell money

  2. manipulating tell-dell score and harassing/threatening engineers.

  3. awards manipulation.

  4. recruitments manipulations.

  5. executing fake projects.

  6. favouritism.

The cream of the bdc storage are the super techies and two useless directors. They are people who are case studies of corruption and politics in corporate organizations. Useless fake psuedos.

I have first hand experience of the fake techies and management of BDC storage. EMC should better be aware of these comments who can put even professional politicians to shame.

the fact that they can manipulate 1 & 5 means the execs are stupid. And they can manipulate 2-4 means our HR is sh--.

There are lessons we can give to managers from hell. The last time a manager persuaded us to give positive feedback, we sent him to ethics. It worked, he's not here anymore.
