Stockholder Vote

Anyone want to guess if we will exceed expectations from last year’s vote that our executives are overpaid?

No matter the outcome, they will “take this vote under advisement”.

I personally am voting against their pay. I’d welcome a vote on TAKING BACK pay, stock grants, and options.

5hhx: yes, I do know most of them, I’ve worked with most of them, and I can honestly and accurately report on them, based on my own experience, but also on others close to them. I’d leave if it made compensation sense.

So you know them personally then or where is this fascinating knowledge coming from?

I just voted against the ELT. They are narcissistic, inconsistent, arrogant, incestuous, corrupt hypocrites. In summary, incompetent. But they are well paid and sell themselves well.

CEO RL had 2017 total compensation of $21.85 million. Doesn’t that make you feel good?
