No offense but the real geniuses are more likely to be starting the next phenomenon like etherium than looking for some large corporation to hire them. Now some people might consider 140 to be the threshold for genius but really that's quite common. A Genius worthy of being noted as such would probably need to have an IQ of 160 minimum, I'm at that level would probably be capable of starting a successful technology company of their own.

Move on. It is not the company nor the industry, it is the leadership team. IBM is struggling due to many many reasons - wrong strategy and incompetent leaders.
