When I got RAed last year I told a lady who was by the book at Right Mgt..... she had me watch videos, read text.... Total was of time.. I stumbled on to a young man at Right Mtg who helped me get to the end zone fast. Cut the red tape he did. If you are not happy with the person they assign you , ask for another person. Don’t let them waste your time .
Yes, agree, they really are good - as long as you have a good counselor. I was lucky to have an office 10 minutes from my house. Take advantage of EVERY class and webinar they offer.

RM = Right Management. It is the company IBM refers employees to when they are laid off. They provide resources like interview coaching, resume building, etc. I was skeptical when I went into working with them after being laid off last year, but they ended up being a huge help to me.
