Shame on IBM for giving notice to my father who has been with the company for over two decades. Shame on it for not respecting one of its best and most loyal employees.
He might be earning more than the greenhorn that will replace him, but he earned every raise - something the company will find out once he is gone and the new guy has no idea what to do.
I hope the management gets as good as they gave this week.
