I was told directly by a manager that it was stated on the management/exec prep calls that there will be another round in a week and a half.
Perhaps others with information about that call, or who were on it, like the one manager who was very offended by the content, could verify.
Doesn't sound like a rumor, but yes, often they are delayed some days, weeks, etc due to legal stuff. In this case, today's RA was scheduled earlier but was delayed by legal wrangling about whether or not IBM had to do the 90 days notice.
