To the last post: you can thank CDE for that. It was a billion dollar waste that broke Systems.
I am a Systems retiree and I was on statefarm.com today for a mutual fund issue and couldn't believe the bad experience I had. Menu structure was totally different than the rest of the site and none of the pdf forms would download for me to print. For gods sake it is 2018, made me think there are people on roller skates retrieving forms from files to scan before downloading electronic copy?
Hope Tipsturd is keeping his promise to SF better than he kept it to his wife....Ohhhhhh....no u didn't..Ohhhh yes you did. Smells like victory around here.
Actually, the Titanic sank fairly slowly. It was the Lusitania that went down like a rock, 3 years later.
Bad joke: How are State Farm and the Titanic different? Answer: When the Titanic went down, the lights were still on. (Borrowed from the Enron saga - replace "California" with "State Farm".)
Tipsy promised me he'd use Vaseline...
He didn't.
Exactly. Apparently he is a minion for Tipsy. This company is going down quicker than the Titanic
The promise to line his pockets? The promise to Allstate to bankrupt SF? The promise to his wife not to screw around? What promise exactly? Face it. He's an incompetent buffoon who has well and truly risen to his level of incompetence (look it up). SF simply will not keep customers without quality claim service. Cutting that by 38% is stupid beyond measure. There are actually sites that teach contractors how to screw us over by dealing with in-office claims personnel instead of field personnel.
