Can anyone who has been part of a recent RA (preferably in US since laws vary) say what exactly is in the package? I know it's one month severance. Is the $2,500 education/retraining allowance in there? Do you get your regular health care until the end of the month and then it's COBRA for six months (assisted by IBM, any example rates?). Is there any offer of life insurance policy or discount?

Accepting the Retraining packages can diminish the time\severance package. Beware
