TYSONS, Va., March 8, 2018 – Perspecta will be the name of the new company formed by the proposed merger of the U.S. Public Sector Business of DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) with Vencore Holding Corporation and KeyPoint Government Solutions when the transaction closes, it was announced today.

The name reflects the breadth and depth of the new capabilities and expertise that the combined company will bring to public sector customers, helping them to address critical national security and information-related challenges and opportunities.

And the New Logo Doesn't even show the 1st letter of the name is capital letters. someone better go back to school on how to write names

"Depth of new capabilities and expertise" Certainly new depths, yes.

But what expertise? Where?? There isn't any left!

the last merger with HPE didn't go to plan and left a hole in the finances and those colossal revenues expected have been swept under the carpet now as both companies sink together.

Quick, lets create more mergers - safety in numbers folks, we can share some of their lifeboats whilst s---ing their remaining life-blood; it might provide more time to reach that elusive, fantasy 'pivot-point' that DXC has been promising since 2012.

Alas, as you can guess, In 2020 the remaining heap of DXC "digital junk" that still remains, can be sold-off on ebay as spare parts. The DXC logo will be a collector's piece like that DeLorean car but more as a joke than any real pedigree.
