Of all the departments in QCT, why in the world are you worried about IPS?
Program mgm positions should be eliminated....useless....a waste of money.
They are there to hire illegal Mexicans so QC can say they have balance in diversity
What is the role of a program manager? Are they just there to snitch on engineers and then save the behinds of CA and JT? Seriously, no engineer has ever sat in a meeting wondering, “Gee, I am glad we have a PM!”
