Better teams at IBM

Relatively speaking, what are some of the "better" product development teams at IBM to be on? Please be objective.

I think the poster means better as in the right balance between safe and exciting.

Or more creative?

Or more profitable?

Or better educated?

Or less 'back stabbing'?

Or having more media exposure?

Or having better work life balance?

I think we need a scorecard here. Any MBAs around?

Better how? Safer? More interesting?
