Everyone that has access to pebble go on it and look at all the post about syw promotions that don't work and ad items that don't ring up every week. The level of incompetence at Hoffman is completely mind blowing. How you you create a event and then not activate it in the store. It cant be that difficult. The cancer in this company is every single person that gets their paycheck out of headquarters.

Spread to thin or imcompetence, it is wrong. If I dont hire enough people to do a job and someone gets hurt or killed, do you think they will let me off the hook?
Just like this. Doesn't matter if it is intentional or not. It is the resposibility of the business to have competence to execute the plan of the company. Not the customers fault. Someone will bring this to some states attorney generals office. Gurantee it.
@2yun Too many people trying to do too many different things.....I don't think it's bait and switch...just lots of mistakes when working too fast due to doing 2-3 jobs.

Regarding the Sears offers that aren't working... store specific cashback have been a problem for weeks. Signs promoting offers are shooting out of our sign printers. We are putting them up, knowing its a crapshoot if they do work. And when checkout comes, we can see the points balance print out on the receipt that show no bonus points given. Over and over. We only offer the member the 800 number to call if they ask about why they didn't get the points. Bait and switch, you betcha!
Guessing it is just all the layoffs over the last couple of years.....everyone is doing 2-3 jobs now....same as in stores. I dont think it is intentional or incompetence.....just people spread too thin....just like in the stores.
Its not bait and switch, the people that work at headquarters are that incompetent you and trust me on that.

I hate going on pebble its like your getting cancer. I love how you see all this tools talking so great about the company its like disgusting s---ing up and can't be real of what is actually going on in the company.
Also I wouldn't be surprise if this isnt bait and switch maybe someone should bring this attention to a lawyer and possibly a law suit since Sears is doing false advertising.
Bait and switch is illegal. You cannot advertise something to get people to come to the store and not have the item, switch out the item for something else, or have exclusions that are not listed. This is the very reason states have laws to prevent this. Not saying anyone at HE is deliberately doing this but you still can't do it deliberate or not.

They do that so that people come into the store. They are hoping that the people will buy something else or just buy the item at regular price. Classic bait and switch, which is illegal. But desperate times call for desperate measures.
