Worthless insurance benefits. I need medicine a monthly basis and Honeywell has me pay 394 a month out of pocket with their plan. I have never ever had this kind of horrible insurance. Obamacare was much, much better and the same price.

I am the original op and my meds were 15 dollar a month with Obamacare. The overall cost for my state was about 200 more a month then what I am paying for HW insurance with a 500 dollar deductible and 20 dollar co pay. It was much better insurance than what I have now. Honeywell has the worst insurance of any company I have ever woked for. I don't really care about any political affiliation. I just want to be able to afford my meds.
manage your MAGI to less than 4X poverty level for your family size and it becomes quite cheap. Owning rental properties created paper losses which ate up my reported income quite nicely.
Few can afford to retire on Social Security and what's left of the pension at Honeywell, and those that do, will lead a terribly austere life after work. Our family has worked for years to build a balanced retirement via rental real estate, 401K, IRA, and pension. Our "income" is negligible, yet our cash-flow affords us a good living.
It can be done. Even while working. With a modicum of planning there is no need to pay full price for Obamacare.
My Cobra was $1048 per month last year with $3500 per person deductible for my wife and me. My Obamacare is $1550 per month this year with a $6550 per person deductible. Just the facts folks....
Not saying the HON benefit is good compared to industry, but to Omamacare? Better check again
Honeywell has some of the worst coverage not only in the industry, but compared to all businesses. Every year, our coverage erodes and/or the cost to us goes up.
How has nobody in senior leadership been punted in the gooch by a disgruntled minion yet?
And if you had an ounce of brains, you would know that if healthcare is offered by an employer, Obamacare is off the table...not available to that employee. I am not a cheerleader for Obamacare, and I do not see any evidence that OP is, either. He simply stated that relative to Honeywell, Obamacare was cheaper and better. Stating a fact is not cheerleading. Depending on which State you live in, and the cost of Obamacare for that particular state, anyone who does an analysis of costs vs. benefits would come to the same conclusion with respect to costs in many, but not all States in the Union.
Myself, after 33 years, I arranged for layoff and severance, as I was tired of trying to work with and school, know-nothing dip-$hits like yourself.
OP is an idiot because Obamacare is still an option. If its so much better and cheaper, then buy it and STFU. Obviously OP is a cheerleader for Obamacare more than an opponent of H'well insurance.
And OP is an idiot....Why?
Then I would qualify for Obamacare again, idiot.
Wait until you get your package and find yourself unemployed, then you'll see truly "Horrible health benefits"
Reality check on board for OP in 5....4....3....2..
