That is true. We are not able to focus on work.
Let's assume it is called off for now and focus on work again.
Kind of makes sense - be transparent and your employees will appreciate it.
This kind of secretive layoff carnage, GE style (perfected in the 1990s), is not something that works in 2018 (age of over-communication)...
