I've spent 33 years with the company and I retired in August 2017. My experience was entirely positive, I've worked with very talented people and I was compensated fairly. The salary paid off my home and put all four of my children through college. It was tough at times but MetLife was a good career choice for me.
I know that things are changing and that everyone has a different story. With this being said, treat my MetLife story with a grain of salt, it's 2018 and things will be different - it's more rough now.
