One of the most dysfunctional parts of this "organisation". Mostly hold overs from previous organisations, kept on through nepotistic hiring practices. Program managers that like to "Do marketing" but have no skills or product knowledge to employ. Taking credit for the work of others and lacking all credibility. One idiot loves to post articles to social media without the slightest idea what the content covers. I have zero respect for any of them.

In UK many are ex-services only hired through the old boy network and are useless. Jobs for the boys.
