Well in case of the super techies it does matter as they are one who decide the engineers appraisal. They have their coterie who are the ones they favor. basically there is a huge culture of sychophancy and nepotism. the lady manager from service company was recruited by these people with fake interviews because she was laid off directors best friends wife. it is important that engineers bring awareness to all these messy secrets of BDC through all forums.

As a Dell corporate customer I have to say your customer service has been certifiably bad. Often times it takes 3 to 4 calls just to get a dell tech to come out and repair a laptop. Usually they do not show at all, or even bother to call.
True! It is very evident in BDC. BDC is run by Goons whose only work is to bully engineers. There is one guy, famous as super techie (slang for idiot) in BDC, who has not deliver a single project in his lifetime, technically poorer than a fresher, is running the DC project. what you can expect from him? DC is 100% guaranteed to fail.
Two joker managers, one is a deserter from EMC and other fired from IBM are managing the DC project. They cannot manage themselves, how they can manage a project.
