There may only be 1 DL posting however the DL-EL class is huge which is the same pattern that happened at the beginning of last year. They threw sooo many sups into EL class because they knew they were going to lay off DLs in December. And now, they are trying to beef up their pipeline because they finally realized that the job is not desirable by most current DLs. Alittle too late .... maybe you should have looked at true loyalty and performance back in 2017 instead of relying on a unrealistic dream and lies of those who can do a good talk but have nothing to back it up. Most are failing now. Shame on CVS.

There is only one DL posting for the entire company. The real time to look is April as we can cash out stock.

I was making a statement to individuals who are passionate about what they do, have the knowledge, integrity, customer service skills, and work hard every day but see few results because of the unrealistic expectations of the company they work for.

You are 100% correct, it is “common sense” to wait until you have a job to quit your present job. Sometimes you work for a company that causes so much stress in your life you forget about “common sense”. Sometimes what your company does is so against your core beliefs you forget about “common sense”. Sometimes what you see your company do to good, honest, hard working people, builds up to the point you forget about “common sense”. Sometimes the fact that you don’t see your wife or kids for days because of your dedication to a job your company doesn’t appreciate could cause you to forget “common sense”.

I could go on and on but you obviously have it all together so you would not understand what I’m talking about anyway. I do have a suggestion though instead of directing your common sense at me why not send some of your wisdom to corporate because they need a lesson in common sense more than I do!

Never leave a Company without having another job. It is called "common sense".

Good idea to stay until they fire you BUT, this company knows how to play this game !

Rather then fire you, they will give you an option "Demotion or quit " !! So, for your (as they see it) "Rebellion " they will make you an Opts manager to your (green) replacement ! Think about it !

Just saying

Why is everyone in such a rush!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR JOB WITHOUT ALREADY FINDING A JOB!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN YOU COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT IF YOU RESIGN!!

What you should do is work your 45 hours and take your time off to look around. You have vacation time to explore solid prospects. Everyone should use this website to network, spread the word when you find a company hiring, or even look for individuals to partner with in business.

If your store suffers from your not being there 80 hours a week and the company does not support your efforts and would rather fire you, then let them pay unemployment while you look for work.

You have busted your butt for this company and they would like nothing more than your leaving without it costing them a cent.

Hold onto your integrity, keep your work ethic strong but reduce your stress level and make YOUR future your #1 priority.
