First there was Bernard J. Duroc-Danner, then there was Krishna Shivram, then there is Mark A. McCollum. With each iteration, the share price has moved lower. Do you really think there is any hope left for this company?

If the market improves - likely a buyer or split apart
If the market does not improve - hope for split apart
If the market drops - good luck
They know the truth about what has been going on and are trying to get out before they are s---ed into the collapse on the horizon.
Quit or asked to leave?
The chief accounting officer and the VP of Tax both quit!! And both found a loophole that allows them to get paid out per their contract!!!
March 9th SEC filing says that the Chief Accounting Officer QUIT! The Rats are fleeing this sinking ship. This guy was a long time WFT Crony. Getting out so he can sell his shares before they go to zero!
There is hope for the company. If everyone sends me $20 then I'll show them how to get out of this mess and prosper. Guaranteed success or your money back.
He doesn't need a 5million salary either. He has all the directors and hundreds of VPs that work under him to handle all the so called stress. Cut his salary to 200k max!!
Maybe if he didn't receive a 2million bonus jobs wouldn't be lost stupid.
The end is near! WFT shares traded down yesterday to $2.50, before recovering slightly before the end of the day. On heavy volume of 40 million shares. (I would guess the Directors are all getting out before the end of the quarter). Shares will trade lower and retest the low of $2.50 and then go lower.
He deserves every penny. You just have to worry about losing your job. He has to worry about the entire BoD losing theirs. That is way more stressful.
Yikes
The continuous issuing of gold parachutes to the CEO and top brass will never allow this company to survive.
He made $5,100,362 compensation. $2,182,439 was received as a bonus.
