You are wrong.

Leadership got their first shipments of neck control collars similar to those shown on the movie Battlefield Earth.

You will be completely immobilized for slow performance and must spend your break time catching up.

Every employee will be getting a bracelet in order to track their time at their station in production. The bracelet will give an electrical jolt to those who spend too much time away from their production station.

JF doesn’t give a rats behind about the layoffs he’s ordering while making over 9 Million. He should make an actual “difficult decision” and reduce his own compensation to $999,998 per year.

I Heard from creditable source that the meeting is to discuss the new led lights that are going to be installed in the main building.

As they announce the tough times tomorrow and layoff difficult decisions keep in mind JF’s $9,000,000.00 compensation.

I'm sorry the truth can be painful! What do you see in the mirror ? Again if your so unhappy with your job and the Co. move on! I know I know... you've tried but no takers for your toxic bad attitude. When you're finally are asked to leave you'll be kicking and screaming trying to get back in! I've seen it 100's of times.

Sap5...Wow, you are either unwise in the ways of the world, a member of management, or a real s---bag hourly.

They just want to let all the cry babies, whiners and constant complainers that they're welcome to leave and find a new job ! Just look in the mirror and realize this job is all you have... be thankful they even let you in the gate! With your poor attitudes .. seriously where are you going to go? If your that good at your job you'd be long gone already ! Accept it and be thankful they actually pay you for whatever it is you do. Work on improving your attitude and encourage others around you to do the same, be positive and optimistic about the future! Misery loves company so I'm sure those around you will end up like you. It's your choice to make!

Well they told us in the last employee meeting they will be updating us soon on the results of the layoff and volunteer resignations. Sounds like over 100+ people opted to take the vres...so I'm guessing layoff will be alot smaller than the 200 they originally said. Maybe none at all. If there is one, should be less than 100.

Maybe a reorg announcement. We haven’t had a reorg in a few weeks. Also, we need to change all our managers around. Our current managers have been in their current role for a least a month. I’m ready to start training my next manager.

Nobody cares anymore. I do not see morale recovering. GE employees have been beaten down so much GE will not survive.

More layoffs in Upstate NY coming sooner than expected. Number will be in the 300’s range while and blue collar combined then more near 3rd quarter. Mangers have way To many clerical errors and way too much money unaccounted for in that plant. Millions are missing.

Last I knew Jeff was in Obama's pockets. So not sure how you can even begin to blame this on Trump. This honestly has nothing to do with Democrats or Republicans; it has to do with greed and mismanagement that is criminal (not almost criminal) IMHO. Along with too many workers thinking that "since the other guy isn't "working" I'm not going to either" mentality.

I'm still working because I am being paid to work, have been for 30 years. It would benefit me to be like "that" other guy on my phone constantly and close the doors but I can't not do anything. Just tired of being compared to China's labor costs.....also if they just want push-button operators that work for pennies, then management needs to step up and know what they are doing on EVERYTHING.....I don't see that happening.
