Sears #2855 in Charleston, SC closes in August. This is the last remaining FLS in the area.

You know what is funny the only remaining stores in Charleston,SC. I live in Charleston are SHOS stores. No more SHLD stores other than “Home services”

After this, there will be no more Sears FLS or Kmarts left in Charleston.
Pretty sure this was a real estate play. I'm thinking the mall developer will be purchasing the parcel.
