I heard no bonus this year. How f’ed up is that?

Yes i believe GD.
His bonus and all the VPs + Sr Dirs. will get more bonus than ever before.
If you don't fall in that category your bonus will shrink. Like you and me.
In effect the overall bonus pool will remain same. That is how it works in corp. america
Usual stuff 'bout bonus pool being very tough this year. Very limited. Times are rough. Execs might sell a gulfstream and SM had a slim year with only 5M. So, as I said, limited bonus pool. And of course every $ you get is one less $ for the stockholders dividends.
They will likely pay although it will be much smaller than last year.
