Doesn’t anyone else find it strange that other companies- for example, IBM- get sued and in government trouble for years of having the majority of those laid off, over the age of 50? When Honeywell has, for YEARS, done exactly the same thing and no one cares? Over 90% of those in a Honeywell RIF are over 50!
