They are so incompetent it is breathtaking. First layoff paperwork says getting income assistance if apply for unemployment. Do that and apply for income assistance and told get severance. But not requester lump sum severance and they did not take proper severance taxes out. And now unemployment claim is screwed up and severance does not last as long as income assistance.

They are worthless. MY HR Rep completely ignored my team's major issues with our people manager.
It came to a head one day, and she acted surprised as to why we were upset with our boss. We learned not to bother contacting her for any issues. My HR Rep for LSS at GO in Cincy wasn't even THERE the day I left. My exit interview was conducted by some kid who just got out of school. She asked me a whopping 5 questions. She asked if I had any considers/continues. I said the moral at Global Ops in Cincy is gone. Everyone feels like they've killed themselves for nothing. She just nodded and wrote a couple of words on the paper.
HR really is that incompetent and stupid. The HR rep for I2C in Cincinnati GO has had several meetings with BG in the break room. Sensitive meetings, describing confidential matters. Right in the middle of the break room, while people are coming in and out, getting their water and coffee.
DUMB.
