Reality is ALL over the place for us to see, loud and clear. The Reality is, with DXC, even if you are a high performer - you can be Fired; Reality is - even if you are a low performer - you can hang around ; Reality is - if your pay grade is not high, then you have a chance to stick around ; Reality is - even if you don't produce, you can survive because there ins't a PM or Lead with the skills to evaluate you; Reality is - when all reasoning fails - you can still be fired for no reason; Finally - the REALITY is - move on quickly, if you can ; ELSE - make hay while the sun shines...

NOT think that you are invaluable, or you are still around because you are a valued resource etc. etc. ... None of that BS...

Tier 2 agent in India gets not more than $5 per hour typically it is approx $3.50 per/hr.

A Tier4 /Expert in India gets approx $ 15 per hour

DXC management is greedy for profits and will not care about American people.. their profits come first.

Tier 2 Agent is $14-15-16 must be India. In the US Walmart employee's get close to that. Cost of living must be a lot lower than in the US Midwest.

Example Taxi Start (Normal Tariff) here is 333.32% higher than India

Yes, it is in fact upside down...poor performers get rewarded and promoted, good performers have low pay and no incentives whatsoever to stick around...local market standard for call center Tier 2 Agent is $14-15-16 an hour...there are LOTS of opportunities at much better companies,,and they ARE willing to reward good performers..you are valuable..
