BHGE to be investigated by operating standards after trying to keep under the radar with redundancys by paying off staff every few months just under the amount of personal that has to be disclosed to the operating standards.
In the last 3 years BH and now BHGE Aberdeen have paid off over 180 staff.
That number is still rising after reports of the last round of reduancys still being processed.
I just love the idea of a government standard for layoffs. Great idea because governments are so expert at business and making money. If we can’t follow their layoff guidelines, how can we hope to succeed?
