Response to any class action suit from investors against QC for not taking the Brcm offer will be to point fingers at CFIUS.
and the class actions on behalf of stockholders who were denied their $82 with lies.
watch out for FTC fines coming your way.
The goose might be cooked but there is still plenty of fat to go around for those in the know.
just wait until nasdaq corrects 20 to 30 % next year.

The Qualcomm goose is cooked. GTFO before the next recession starts. Will be very difficult to find work then.
Won’t be able to bounce back. Earnings does not forecast future growth. Stock to tank by end of month to high 40s.1
MSFT is lucky , they did not hired the messy CEO.
Earnings will be alright this time and Mgmt will promise some random stuff and stock will be up ~2 bucks. They will say they will meet or beat the future guidance. 3 months later, there will be anew story.cycle continues.
