this survey is b---s---. That's what it is. Yes man yes man yes man! All the directors are jekylls to VPs and hydes to us all. Go figure what the VP wants because it is not my job. I only s---.
Bonus? How to pay the interest is a question, Employees, Please contribute your bonus for the betterment of the company. Just for this time, Next time I will come up with something new for the charity.
Being told in no uncertain terms that your bonus fulfillment depends on how good the Tell Dell scores are pretty significantly hurts the effectiveness of this survey.
so many are advising on exercising "true" feedback etc. I have seen many such surveys in the past, at the end they pinpoint those who gaves the bad remarks and ended in retaliation.
if you are not happy with the system, leave and find the peace somewhere else. dell works on money and the attitude of the people are anything can be bought, it doesn't matter skills has any roles in the company and you see many asses sleeping with each projects, nobody dares to touch those because they know some big daddies somewhere taking care for them.
it is a private company and you are just there to get a monthly paycheck. be loyal to yourself and your feedback won't makes any difference in your life.
I’ve worked for them for 9- last two years I have seen HR intervene with a bad manager and address an ongoing issue with communication in our org. Our team gave high or low feedback, and clear comments.
If you have feedback- give it.
Dell does not act on Tell Dell surveys. I've worked for Dell for 15 years and never saw a change associated with Tell Dell feedback.
Why bother giving neutral feedback? If you want change you should. To purposefully give neutral feedback to mess things up is childish. Give either high or low- they do act on the feedback.
give neutral responses (5 out of possible 10) to all questions, and don't provide any comments. This screws up a manager's score and makes it harder to figure out who filled out the survey
