Are any projects being sold/spun like Vuforia? All this negative news about the guys who are either laid off, or looking for jobs in anticipation of the next cut is sad.

Package will be substantially better if there's a spin, check out change-in-control FAQ (go/cic) that were made in Feb. Generally if the company is spun, then it will accelerate your RSUs to fully vest at the spin date. If the division is sold, the acquiring company will responsible for honoring all the RSUs, if they fire you after the acquisition, then CIC rules apply, and your RSUs vest immediately.
What's with OneWeb as well as the Powerline stuff? I hear the rumors that they are being spun since they're nearly viable as a product, and already have something on the market. Automotive was always dead-man-walking with NXP, it wouldn't surprise me if the big-man kills them, along with the telematics division.
