SMWMpwB-hlq: I agree that BHI/BHGE can’t implement change for the better. However, if your implying that if only more women were in charge things would be better, your sadly mistaken. Look at how many unqualified women have been launched into mid/upper management. Not good to have unqualified people calling the shots- performance and stock price reflect this.

You lost 44 million how is that good. Schlumberger made 550 million over the same period ? The whole company is a total joke.
We have now not made and money in 4 years only losses. Even with paying off 65% of staff still losing money.

The reason bhi ge is underperforming its peers is because all attempts in implementing gender equality has failed miserably. This is just a microcosm of bhi ge problems, the company cannot implement change. Whether that be eradicating corruption, executing plans, reorganizing, or creating a fair and equal work environment.
