IBM keeps replacing old employees in the US with young Indian's employees.
This is discriminatory, There are rumors of a massive class action law-suit in the works.
The company is loosing its biggest assets. The management team needs to go.
Most hated CEO - I would also nominate Ursula Burns at Xerox and/or Robert Nardelli when he almost destroyed Home Depot.
IBM investors can stop the feeding at the trough by voting out Rometty and the entire board by April 24, but they won't, because they are drunk with the IBM dividends, meanwhile, the layoffs will continue, and the feeding will continue at the IBM trough.
IBM is like Sears, AOL & Yahoo when it comes to running a company the wrong way.
The board is old and are only awaiting their golden chutes, which is not too far down the road.
Why rock the boat?
I'd say Ginni is doing just fine! on her income she is set up for life as long as she doesn't manage her private life as she does IBM.
How is IBM doing is more the question and that's no surprise to anybody, down down down and about to go down for the last time I suspect
Rick Lindsay How much longer will the Board let this go on? In her SIX YEARS as CEO, IBM has delivered a NEGATIVE total return on investment (stock price change plus dividends). In that time, the IBM Board has paid Ginni over $100M.
We've been hearing for those 6 years that "we are making progress on our long-term goals to transform this company". Whether she is right or not no longer matters - the plain and simple fact is that no one (neither employees nor investors) have confidence in IBM. And until she is gone, no one will.
BoD - it's past time for a change.
