Given what we know about older workers losing their jobs not just at IBM but at other tech companies. How many of you put in a position of authority would do the same to cut costs to keep your jobs?
Well IBM is a legacy dinosaur with no place to go.
In my experience at IBM, this is all true. Shameful..When will Ginni Rometty be forced out?
I was here to post this same video so it's serendipitous. The video says that IBM forced all employees over 40s out of the workforce and used shady tactics to hide that fact.
