Slowness is still a major problem. Any idea whether the HO will be able to speed it up for the upcoming check-ins? Or will we be forced to endure more time-outs and pointless calls to PSC?

Please enter your recommendations for improving the company on the Innovation website.
It allows HO to view our operations more easily. The fact that it is very slow for CMs and all of our customers means nothing compared to their ease of use. Remember the customers are just dollar signs and employees are just an unfortunate expense.
Unlikely as speeding it up would cost more money for bandwidth and server space.
