Almost as predictable as when a killer gets arrested, his neighbor is usually quoted as saying, "This is really surprising. He's lived here for years, everybody liked him. Always quiet, kept to himself. We've never expected anything like this." or something to that effect.

Seriously. Pretty much every time a heinous crime is committed and they arrest a person, there's usually that neighbor quoting things like that to the media.

So I guess it's no surprise, that despite all these stores closing, there's one employee in every Sears or Kmart that somehow seems to be caught off guard when their store is closing next. Really weird.

And there's the moron quoted as being surprised.

I love the line about jobs being lost "including your own"

Love how the spokesperson said they're going to offer jobs at nearby stores for those affected.

They throwing in free airfare?
