This is a question for TT to answer...if it appears we are at a pivoting point and the salaried employees will not receive a merit increase...however the managers received a fairly nice MICP...are we not in this together....that MICP would probably equate to at least a 1.5 % increase to the employees who are busting their butts to keep this sinking ship a float!

Too bad the laws here reward these cheats with their own golden parachutes - this is a good article about how telecom fraud is dealt with in other countries:

So give props to the CEO when it goes well, blame the employees if it fails, sounds like a corporate troll. The captain goes down with the ship he does not sacrifice the crew to spare one more lifeboat.

The MICP is based on the OBIDA and meeting certain criteria...and it differs from which organization you are affiliated with...like engineering or IT. It is a percentage one receives on their base salary so the more an individual makes the bigger the bonus....hope that helps!
So how much is the MICP bonus this year? How was the message crafted to those in management about why they deserved to receive an incentive for bad results? Does MICP vary by individual?
I agree with all of the above. There is WAY too much financial uncertainty right now.
Here's why:
We are transitioning from a phone company to a SaaS company. (More profitable, less revenue)
We are still in the midst of a lawsuit with Aurelius. ( goes to court on April 24)
Proposing a reverse stock split of 1-5 ( short term solution to buy time)
Savings from all of the acquisitions has yet to be realized.
The company is still being shopped around in whole or spin off assets.

Did you actually expect a raise? They don't care
My resume is updated and I'm willing to take a pay cut than to be a windstream slave. I don't know that any other company will be better unless I was able to own my company. My wish is to see all of us get out and be happy and respected as an employee.
If ALL the executives jobs were outsourced to India, the company could afford to give handsome raises to the employees that really matter - the non-executives! And having executive leadership in India running the company would probably put the company back in the green in a few years - but it couldn't get any worse than now. Wonder why the stock hasn't broken $2 since August?
