Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Grace and ... other

It didn’t take long for the Bank employees to flood this site with their bitterness. Which is sad because I have the pleasure of sitting near two Bank managers who are certain they won’t have their jobs in a few months. They are handling it like the professionals they are and not resorting to calling out para-professionals who will keep their jobs, albeit with terrible wages and little chance for advancement.

They’re not spewing garbage about people only keeping their jobs because of who they know or are sleeping with.

Jealousy and envy and hate will consume you. The creators of this site and their big advertising revenues are banking on it.

I won’t share their names, but we could all (myself included) learn a lesson from the two managers I’m talking about. Sometimes bad things happen to good people and vice versa. How you handle it will be what matters, not how many times you can lob an insult at a faceless commenter. Peace be with you.

Like the time he said his supervisor was trying to explain pretty much the same, that 80% of our work could be done by a Monkey.

Please tell your boss to F himself.

Managers are great! Like one of mine who was trying to express how he was told to by his manager to not take our work so seriously, and to just do it. Like the time he said his supervisor was trying to explain pretty much the same, that 80% of our work could be done by a Monkey. His thinking our work was similar in nature. It is so thrilling to be compared to a monkey. One As.Hole. named T.R. wanted our team to have one person to do a 15 minute presentation on a different culture (I believe each month), to better serve them. I say if you care about your work, including top handling, then when it comes to other people different then than ourselves, all a person/customer needs is respect, and a complete clear explanation, with expectations properly set. Treat people the same, no matter color, race, gender, ethnicity, & s-xual preference. Don't work for slave drivers like K.M who liked to go through all of your work like he was a prison guard saving the world, by spending countless house seeing how many lines in our claim note could so he cross out them out to make himself look like he actually mattered (NOT!). Hey ET get a life :-(. L.A. who called her people The ones who were underachievers) SLUGS! Many, many good times being treated like dirt. Many of my family members refer to SF as Slave Farm....... A SAD ENDING!

And to be honest, it would not surprise me one bit to find that the owners of this site are responsible for some of the trolling, since it's an age old tactic that drives traffic and ad revenue.

Do yourself a favor and turn off cookies from this domain. And get yourself behind a VPN. They are super cheap.

@SI2IjQI-yre: If you want entertainment go to the movies. There are clearly a lot of emotions for which you must be too oblivious or self centered to understand. I for one am thankful people are able to vent here. We all need an outlet so grow the h*ll up or keep your mouth shut.

this site is very entertaining. Is there another site, similar to this one, that SF folks are using?

@SI2IjQI-tsj Who you are shouldn’t be dependent on where you are and who is watching.

This is an open forum site to express feelings, share thoughts and give advice. This is not for facts or to belittle anyone. It is the right of people to post anonymously how they are feeling. Just b/c it is different from how you are feeling does not mean it is wrong. Vent here then go out into the world with grace.

All due respect Bank Managers not staying are mostly from insurance side and have no real banking experience. They might be nice people but they have helped get us to where we are today. It’s not a good place.
