You will be laid off soon, anyways.

Raises greatly depend on group. I was managing in PEG architecture, and vast majority of people got 1.5% - 2.5% raises. EE was closer to 4%. Folks in the AI group do substantially better because of the competitive landscape there.
I never realised before that a year has 365 weeks.
i wish they still gave 2%... gotta save to give bk, mr, etc 15% raises, charter jets, limmo, and executive annual check ups at Mayo...
Anyways is not a word OP, I’m not surprised that Intel flushed you
@wdk - I'm a real manager and not a troll pretending to be one like you. Stop spreading your fake news.
@wet I am not new to Intel. I am an FLM, so unlike you, I know quite exactly what kind of raises people get.
@kwd, you must be new to Intel. 90-95% of the people get that kind of raise or even lower, it's a forced distribution they have to meet. And the budgets have only been getting tighter over the years.
Just because you got only 2-3% raises when you were still with Intel, it doesn‘t mean that it‘s the same for everyone. There‘s a reason why you were let go after all.
